Post Graduate Award Paper Guidelines
Instructions for Post Graduate Award Presentation:
The file must be in the form of Power Point presentation.
The maximum number of slides allowed is 8 excluding the title slide.
Each slide should contain no more than 7-8 lines.
Last date for submission of Post Graduate Award Paper Presentation in the website is
10th October, 2024.
Kindly Submit your Post Graduate Paper Presentation in the Given Link.
The Power Point presentation should include:
Presentation time should not exceed 7 Minutes.
First Buzzer or Bell at the end of 6th Minute.
Your presentation screen will get off after 7 minutes.
Discussion will be for 2 or 3 minutes.
Strictly adhere to the presentation time.
Best paper selected by the state chapter will be accepted to present in
National Conference ASICON.
Original work will be considered, and paper presentation should be well structured, with good quality slides.
Certificate for Award paper will be given only if you present in the conference.
Note : As a backup please carry your presentation in a pen drive to the venue

Colour Specifications:
When using light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue) we suggest using dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green).
When using dark backgrounds (blue, purple) we suggest using light fonts (white, yellow, cyan).
Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds as they are colours that are difficult to read.
Illustrations/images/photographs used in the presentation should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.
